For this pick, three barrels were set aside to taste our way through. We walked over to the warehouse, received the bourbon from each of the barrels, and carefully discussed the three releases. This 119.4 barrel-proof 10-year-old release was aged in Heaven Hill’s main campus in Warehouse O.
